*Commercial garbage & recycling trucks are NOT allowed to collect in residential zones or any property adjacent to residential zoned property before 7am or after 10pm on weekdays, and not before 9am or after 10pm on weekends and legal holidays. This section of the code is enforced by the Seattle Public Utilities.
